The ARx Recruitment Process
- One of our Specialist Consultants will contact you to discuss your specific needs, aspirations and outline current career opportunities suitable for you; they will also agree a proactive plan to ensure you find the right role.
- Our Consultants have access to Engineering and Scientific company’s within your area and will proactively search suitable roles for you, not just those currently advertised by ARx.
- Your CV will not be submitted to any Client without your specific approval.
- Once an interview is secured we will always formally confirm details and assist in your interview preparation, taking detailed feedback after the interview. Tips for improving your interview performance can be found in the interview advice section on this website.
- We will keep you informed of all progress and support you through the recruitment process, including carrying out any offer negotiation and guiding you through the resignation process.
- Once you have embarked upon your new role, we will stay in regular contact to ensure that you have the greatest chance of success.
